Can you diagnose my child?

No, in order to receive a diagnosis, you must receive a comprehensive evaluation from a psychologist, behavioral pediatrician or neurologist. Please contact your insurance for specific requirements as each insurance requests certain documentation before approval of services is granted.

What is the process for getting started?

If you choose to use your insurance to pay for services, we must first verify your benefits. After verification of benefits and required documentation, we will request authorization for initial assessment.  This process can take approximately two weeks. What role will caregivers have in therapy?

A responsible adult is required to be on premises during all sessions. Caregivers are expected to collaborate and participate in the ABA program. The more closely we work together, the better your child will do. Research shows that programs with high levels of caregiver participation produce better outcomes. 

Where can I have services?

Services can be held in a variety of settings such as home, school, daycares, and in the community to best fit each client’s needs.

Do you accept my insurance?

We currently accept Cigna, BCBS, Aetna, Tricare, and Family Empowerment Scholarship (formerly known as Gardiner Scholarship).  This list is continuously changing, please contact us directly if your insurance is not listed.  Sorry, we are currently not accepting Medicaid.
